Keep it simple
A key to success is certainly keeping it simple. Use simple, natural and non-invasive methods with children. When pain suddenly appears, suggest a rest period and more than likely, this pain will disappear within a few days. Only use anti-inflammatory medication and painkillers when absolutely necessary or when prescribed by a health professional. Let your child’s body heal itself naturally whenever possible. This is the first step in preventing and treating injuries.
